Designed to give students and public relations professionals the knowledge and skills they need to become successful crisis managers, this practical book includes a wide range of cases that explore crisis communication and management in action. This is a really excellent set of cases and exercises for students. If my module was entirely case based, this would be a great textbook to focus on, however, I am more likely to use parts of it across the course. I have recommended to my library.
