This is a good solid introduction to c b t for students with little or no prior knowledge of the topic. It is a useful practical guide and uses case examples to reinforce areas explored. The practice tips and suggestions are excellent resources to help reinforce students understanding. This will be useful especially for Pre Registration mental health students.
