Organizational Behavior
A thorough overview of organizational behavior. Very useful having on the bookshelf of bachelors
This book provides key components of management theories, with a particular focus on organisational behaviour.
This is a high quality text, exploring every aspect of organisational behaviour and management. It includes many of the areas covered in all business/leadership and management courses, including cultural aspects of organisations, developing effective teams and managing conflict; all of which are essential components to any business course.
The text is essential for any business or leadership and management course. It has extensive detail, and is easy to read, with a clear and logical layout, this makes it suitable for level 3 or above. I would anticipate this course is particularly useful courses level 5 and above, as it provides extensive details and analysis of the core topics.
In summary, an excellent text, suitable for business courses of at all levels.
Traditional textbook.
Contains a lot of relevant information that enables students to grasp the essential differences between consumer and organisational behaviour.
Students found this text interesting and accessible. I personally found the instructor resources invaluable.
We very much appreciate the fresh approach to organizational behavior, including innovation, stressing the importance of teams, new ways of working. The book is accessible for our first year students. The practice exercises are very useful, and we intend to use them in workgroups.
It came too late for this semester

- the book is colorful and gives you a great overview
- easy to understand, as well for "foreign students" (without Englisch-Native-Speaker): because there are a lot of examples and tables or figures
- the structure of the book is easy to understand and gives a great overview of the different organizational behaviour topics - you are able to read non-linear and start where ever you want
- interdisciplinary: usefull for different professions like Non-Profit-Management
