Organizational Behavior
This text has allowed students to learn and develop their own knowledge and understanding in relation to organisational behaviour and apply it to practice. It is clear and concise and provides insight into areas, for example, the decision-making process, which is invaluable to industry practices.
An excellent book with easy to read chapters, shall recommend to students
As my students are at a masters level; and the book is aimed at UG level students, I will use this book as a supplement for my lectures and seminars for group activities and discussions.
Very interesting information, American focus but still worth reviewing for content towards students learning.
I will use this book first time as a recommended text for my lecture on \Managing Organizational Change" at Bilgi University (Laureta International Universities) this year.
I will also use the same book for MA in Organizational Psychology in Psychology Department this year.
I hope this book will make a great contribution to understand and analyze the organizational behavior.
