This is a very comprehensive book on careers. It draws on the latest research from the field and nicely categorises the subject into a range of metaphors, which students will like. There is a great mix of case studies, stop and consider points, providing coverage from both an academic and practitioner perspective. The book is extremely well written, providing clear and accessible text to engage the reader. An excellent text for both undergrad and postgrad courses.

This is an excellent book, it is clearly argued, well-structured and amply illustrated with case material. The initial chapter helps frame content and layout for the reset of the book. The use of case studies and activities brings the subject alive for the students.Thanks, for the broader and holistic understanding of the field.
